What systems and tools do you use? Will I have access? Do I need to pay extra for these?

We try to use reliable, secure, affordable, cloud based SaaS tools that are well established and recommended on the market. We are not associated with any of these, but we do use them frequently and both, founders and accountants, love them! Yes, as a founder/CEO of the company, you will have full exposure to all programs. Yes, actual monthly costs will be your business expense and can be set up as recurring billing on your company credit card/bank account.
Would we sign a service agreement? How would I pay? Is there a minimum term?

Yes, we'll provide you with a standard service agreement that you'll have plenty of time to read and run it by your legal counsel. Our payment terms are "Pay on Receipt" of invoice. Payment can be arranged via credit card, cheque, and/or ACH/Wire. No, our service is on hourly basis. You can cancel with a 30 days notice at any time (it gives us enough time to transition and/or close out as needed).
Why would I want to choose you? There are so many other consultants out there.

Are you local and will I always have access to a live person to talk to?

Yes! We are located in the Bay Area and provide support from San Francisco to San Jose. We go to Napa region too sometimes, because we love work/life balance and great wine!

Yes, we have time for all of this! Cost will depend on amount of actual hours needed to complete the project and level of expertise. You will be provided with a detailed invoice description of billable hours.
